Key Qualifications:

• Current, unrestricted RN license
• Proven experience in an ICU or critical care environment
• Strong clinical skills in monitoring and caring for patients with shock, trauma, or life-threatening conditions
• Ability to supervise and direct nursing staff at various skill levels
• Proficient with standard nursing procedures and skilled in crisis management
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Role Responsibilities:

• Provide patient-centered nursing care based on the established standards of the unit and the nursing process
• Coordinate care for an assigned group of patients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive, high-quality care
• Monitor and respond promptly to changes in patient condition, employing critical thinking and decisive judgment in high-pressure situations
• Supervise and support other nursing staff to maintain optimal workflow and patient safety
• Document all relevant observations, interventions, and outcomes accurately in patient records
• Foster a supportive environment for patients and their families during challenging circumstances
