Schedule:

• Night shifts: 6 PM to 6 AM

Desired Qualifications:

• Current RN license with proven experience in an ICU (medical, surgical, neuro, or trauma settings)
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Strongly preferred: TNCC certification
• At least 2 years recent ICU nursing experience
• Demonstrated flexibility, positivity, and a team-oriented approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients with complex medical and surgical needs, including neuro-surgical and trauma cases
• Manage critical patients, often at 1:2 ratios (varying with acuity), in a collaborative and fast-paced setting
• Utilize cutting-edge equipment: Pyxis, Plum Pump IVs, GE bedside monitors, Nelcor, Artic Sun, Sub Zero
• Accurately document patient care within the Meditech EMR system
• Respond proactively to evolving patient needs and collaborate across disciplines to optimize outcomes
