This opportunity seeks a skilled Registered Nurse with ICU experience to support critical care needs in a dynamic hospital setting. The role involves providing expert care to patients across various ICU specialties including OB, CICU, SICU, MICU, and PICU, requiring adaptability and broad clinical knowledge.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years ICU nursing experience
- Current New Mexico or multi-state RN licensure
- BLS certification (AHA)
- ACLS certification (AHA)
- PALS certification preferred
Location: Based in Arenas Valley, NM, a community known for its scenic landscapes and peaceful environment. This location offers a slower pace with close proximity to natural outdoor activities, ideal for those who appreciate a balance between work and lifestyle.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in a variety of intensive care settings
- Monitor patient conditions and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to implement care plans
- Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions
- Maintain compliance with infection control standards and hospital protocols
Schedule:
- Night shift
- 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM 7:00 AM)
