Schedule/Hours:

• 3 x 12-hour shifts, days

Role Overview: Deliver high-quality patient care as a skilled ICU RN in a reputable hospital, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. You'll coordinate care using the nursing process, support patient and family education, and play a key part in improving unit performance while maintaining compliance with healthcare standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions, anticipate discharge needs, and synthesize complex clinical data.
• Plan and implement care in collaboration with patients and families, utilizing multidisciplinary resources.
• Participate in ongoing evaluation of patient outcomes and revise plans as needed.
• Demonstrate competence in caring for patients with acute and complex conditions.
• Stay engaged with ongoing learning via educational programs and professional journals.
• Provide effective feedback to colleagues and participate in unit goals and initiatives.
• Prioritize patient safety and advocate for compliance with public policy and regulatory guidelines.
• Foster a clean, safe, and welcoming hospital environment.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 2 years recent ICU experience
• Specialty skills: RN-ICU, strong critical thinking and prioritization abilities
