Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the Intensive Care Unit
• Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams
• Respond promptly to fluctuating patient needs and medical emergencies
• Support floating assignments across multiple units and facilities within a 35-mile radius based on patient census and acuity
• Communicate effectively about floating needs ahead of scheduled shifts

Qualifications:

• Valid RN licensure with ICU nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to adapt to changing care environments and patient populations
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to float between units and facilities, with advance notice provided

Schedule:

• 36 or 48-hour shifts
• Floating between units/facilities based on staffing and patient care needs
