Exciting opportunities are available for experienced ICU Registered Nurses seeking to bring their critical care expertise to a dynamic, collaborative Float Pool team. As part of this role, youll deliver comprehensive, patient-centered care to those with the most acute needs, following the nursing process and established care standards.

Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Demonstrated clinical experience in an ICU setting
- Strong critical thinking and independent judgment skills
- Proven ability to coordinate care among interdisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and patient education abilities
- Flexibility to float and adapt to various patient populations and care environments
- Current vaccinations required per organizational policy (medical and religious exemptions may apply)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver and coordinate nursing care for assigned patients in accordance with the nursing process
- Assess patient conditions, identify care issues, and develop care plans to achieve positive outcomes
- Collaborate closely with patients, families, and healthcare providers to create a safe and healing environment
- Provide health education and support for both patients/families and team members
- Participate actively in discharge planning to ensure seamless continuity of care
- Appropriately delegate and supervise nursing team members
- Complete required documentation and participate in ongoing quality and safety protocols
- Perform other duties as assigned to support patient and organizational needs
