Provide expert nursing care in a high-acuity setting focused on medical, surgical, and cardiac patients requiring intensive monitoring and support. This role involves delivering coordinated care for assigned patients aligned with established nursing standards and the nursing process. You will supervise and guide nursing staff across skill levels while collaborating closely with other healthcare disciplines. Use your critical thinking skills and professional judgment to make informed decisions in a fast-paced environment managing patients who have experienced shock, trauma, or other life-threatening conditions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for critically ill patients.
