Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are actively seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS expertise for a 13-week full-time home health contract. If you excel at clinical care, thorough documentation, and navigating a structured schedule, this position offers a rewarding way to impact patient lives in their own homes.
Schedule:
- 13-week assignment with potential to extend
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities likely
- Structured daily patient visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality nursing care and interventions in home settings
- Complete comprehensive patient assessments and OASIS documentation accurately and promptly
- Collaborate with physicians and other care team members to create individualized treatment plans
- Provide wound care, medication administration, patient education, and ongoing disease management
- Communicate effectively with the clinical team about patient status and changes
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Proven OASIS assessment and documentation proficiency
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Ability to follow a structured full-time schedule and manage multiple daily home visits
- Reliable transportation and current drivers license
