Your next opportunity to serve patients in a meaningful way starts now. We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health expertise and proficiency in OASIS documentation for a full-time, 13-week contract assignment.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call coverage may be required
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care, including skilled assessments and interventions
- Accurately complete OASIS forms and maintain timely, thorough documentation
- Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to create individualized care plans
- Provide patient education, wound care, medication management, and chronic disease monitoring
- Keep clinical teams informed of changes in patient status and needs
Requirements:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- At least one year of recent home health nursing experience
- Demonstrated OASIS documentation ability
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase software is preferred
- Ability to maintain a structured full-time visit schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
