Your next nursing opportunity starts herea full-time Registered Nurse position in home health care is available for a committed professional with strong OASIS experience. This 13-week contract enables you to utilize your clinical expertise, attention to detail, and time management skills while providing care directly in patients homes.
Schedule:
- Full-time contract, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing interventions and comprehensive patient care in the home setting
- Perform accurate and timely patient assessments with complete OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to implement effective, individualized care plans
- Manage wound care, provide medication administration, and educate patients and families on care needs
- Monitor patients conditions and communicate updates promptly to the clinical care team
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in home health nursing
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation (required)
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Dependable in handling a consistent full-time schedule and caseload
- Reliable personal transportation and a valid drivers license

Compensation for this position ranges from $26.59 to $50.00. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
