We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with recent home health and OASIS experience to join a compassionate care team on a 13-week full-time contract. Schedule:
- 13-week assignment, with the potential for extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call participation may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home skilled nursing care for diverse patient cases
- Complete accurate and timely OASIS assessments and documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to tailor care plans
- Conduct wound care, medication administration, education, and disease monitoring
- Uphold clear communication regarding any changes in patient condition
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a home health RN
- Proficient in OASIS documentation
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Strong organizational and clinical skills to manage full-time visit schedules

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
