Bring your clinical expertise to a rewarding home health contract as a Registered Nurse. This full-time, 13-week assignment is ideal for professionals with strong OASIS documentation skills and a passion for high-quality, patient-centered care.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract, full-time
• Monday through Friday
• Daily structured visit schedule
• Potential for on-call responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home skilled nursing care in alignment with established care plans
• Accurately perform comprehensive patient assessments and timely completion of OASIS documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians, interdisciplinary teams, and family members to ensure cohesive patient care
• Administer wound care, medication management, disease monitoring, and patient/family education
• Effectively communicate patient status changes and care updates to the clinical team

Required Qualifications:

• Active Registered Nurse license
• At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
• Proficiency with OASIS documentation is mandatory
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase highly preferred
• Ability to work a full-time, structured schedule managing daily patient visits
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
