This travel opportunity seeks a skilled Registered Nurse with home health experience to provide quality care in an extended care unit setting. Schedule/Hours:
- Sunday, Monday, Tuesday from 6 PM to 6 AM (flexibility required)
- On-call responsibilities on Sundays and for potential call-offs or PTO coverage
Qualifications and Certifications:
- Valid Colorado RN license
- Current BLS certification
- Experience in nursing with emphasis on home health and extended care settings
- Ability to work flexible hours and handle on-call duties as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the extended care unit, focusing on long-term care needs
- Monitor patient health and collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and adjust care plans
- Respond promptly and effectively to patient needs during assigned shifts and on-call periods
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in compliance with facility standards and regulations
