Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse with proven home health and OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time contract. Schedule:
- 13-week contract with strong potential to extend
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call likely (specifics will be shared during the interview process)
- Structured daily patient visits
Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional in-home nursing care, including skilled interventions and assessments
- Complete accurate, timely OASIS documentation in compliance with home health standards
- Collaborate closely with physicians, therapy, and other members of the care team to develop and adjust individual care plans
- Provide wound care, administer medications, educate patients and families, and monitor disease progression
- Communicate patient updates, changes in condition, and care needs promptly to the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active and unencumbered RN license
- At least 1 year of recent home health experience as a Registered Nurse
- Mandatory OASIS assessment experience
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and current drivers license
- Demonstrated ability to manage a structured, full-time schedule with daily visit requirements
