This 13-week full-time contract for an RN with OASIS experience offers a platform to use your clinical, assessment, and documentation skills in a supportive and professional setting.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract assignment with potential for extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, including wound care, patient education, and medication management
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and ensure OASIS documentation is complete and timely
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to create individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, adjusting care as needed, and promptly communicate updates to the clinical team
- Travel between patient homes, maintaining strong organization and time management
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience in home health
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase software strongly preferred
- Consistent ability to meet daily visit expectations and structured schedules
- Reliable transportation and current drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
