Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS experience for a full-time home health contract. This 13-week assignment offers the chance to make a meaningful impact by delivering compassionate, skilled care directly to patients in their homes.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibility probable
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions to a diverse patient population
- Complete thorough patient assessments and timely, accurate OASIS documentation
- Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
- Provide wound care, administer medications, educate patients and caregivers, and monitor disease processes
- Clearly communicate changes in patient condition and progress to the care team
Qualifications:
- Active, unencumbered RN license
- Minimum of one year recent experience as an RN in home health
- OASIS documentation proficiency required
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to independently manage a structured, full-time schedule and daily patient visits
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
