A rewarding position is open for an experienced Registered Nurse with OASIS expertise to deliver high-quality care to patients in their homes. Take on a full-time, 13-week home health contract, contributing your clinical skills and compassionate approach to improving patient outcomes. Schedule:
- 13-week contract with extension potential
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duties may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care and skilled interventions
- Complete patient assessments and maintain precise, timely OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams on individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication management, patient education, and disease monitoring
- Communicate patient condition changes promptly to the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent RN home health experience
- Demonstrated experience with OASIS documentation
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase preferred
- Capability to manage a full-time, structured schedule with daily visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
