Your next nursing opportunity is herestep into a fulfilling role as a Registered Nurse delivering in-home care for a 13-week, full-time contract assignment. This position is suited for a detail-oriented RN with a strong background in home health and OASIS documentation. Youll make a direct impact on patient outcomes by providing compassionate, individualized care and ensuring accurate clinical documentation every step of the way.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call availability may be required
What Youll Do:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and interventions in patient homes
- Perform thorough assessments and precisely complete OASIS documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams on individualized patient care plans
- Provide wound care, medication management, patient and family education, and disease monitoring
- Communicate clearly regarding changes in patient condition and care needs
Qualifications:
- Current, unrestricted RN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in home health nursing
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation required
- Experience using HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full-time schedule with daily patient visits
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
