Your next nursing opportunity awaits! We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse with strong OASIS expertise for a 13-week full-time contract in home health care. Schedule & Details:
- 13-week assignment, with possibility for extension
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
- Daily patient visit quotas ensure a consistent workflow
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and perform skilled nursing interventions
- Complete thorough patient assessments and accurately document all findings using OASIS
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop individualized care plans
- Administer wound care, oversee medication management, provide patient education, and monitor chronic disease symptoms
- Communicate any changes in patient status promptly to the clinical team to ensure comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- Proven OASIS documentation ability is required
- HomeCare HomeBase experience is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a demanding schedule independently
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
