Your next nursing opportunity starts here. A full-time Registered Nurse role is available for experienced professionals with a strong background in home health and OASIS documentation. This 13-week contract offers an impactful chance to provide essential care to patients in the comfort of their homes.
Schedule:
- 13-week full-time contract, Monday through Friday
- Possible on-call requirements
- Daily patient visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled interventions to homebound patients
- Conduct timely, thorough assessments and complete OASIS documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to implement individualized care plans
- Manage wound care, medication administration, patient education, and disease process monitoring
- Accurately communicate patient updates and changes in condition with the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Strong OASIS documentation skills (required)
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (highly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Skilled at organizing a full-time schedule and managing daily patient visits
