Your next nursing opportunity starts here with a full-time Registered Nurse (RN) role specializing in home health and OASIS documentation. This 13-week assignment offers the chance to build relationships with patients while putting your clinical expertise into practicemaking a true difference in lives every day.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract, Monday through Friday
- Full-time daily visit expectations
- On-call duties may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care in patients homes, including assessments, care planning, and interventions
- Complete timely, accurate OASIS documentation for each patient visit
- Manage wound care, medication administration, disease monitoring, and detailed patient education
- Liaise with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to provide coordinated, patient-centered care
- Clearly communicate patient status and changes to clinical colleagues
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum 1 year of current or recent RN home health experience
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Exceptional clinical judgment and time management skills
