Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with proven home health and OASIS experience for a 13-week, full-time home health contract. Schedule:

  • 13-week contract with possible extension
  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • On-call support may be required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, including wound care, medication administration, and chronic disease monitoring
  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation accurately and within set timeframes
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
  • Provide patient and family education to promote health and independence
  • Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to the clinical team

Qualifications:

  • Current, active RN license
  • At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience
  • Required OASIS documentation expertise
  • Preference given to candidates proficient with HomeCare HomeBase
  • Dependable with excellent organization and time management skills
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
