Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS experience to join a team delivering compassionate, high-quality home health care. This 13-week full-time contract is ideal for a clinician ready to make a significant impact while maintaining a structured weekday schedule and consistent daily visits.
Schedule:
- 13-week assignment with extension potential
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday (some on-call may apply)
- Clear daily patient visit guidelines
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, ensuring patient safety and comfort
- Complete thorough patient assessments and accurate, timely OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other care professionals for individualized plans
- Perform wound management, medication administration, patient and family education, and chronic disease monitoring
- Keep interdisciplinary team informed of changes in patient status or care needs
What Were Looking For:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a home health RN
- Demonstrated OASIS proficiency (required)
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skillscomfortable managing a structured, full-time caseload
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
