Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong Home Health skills and OASIS documentation expertise for a 13-week full-time contract. This position is ideal for an RN passionate about patient-centered care and adept at handling a structured caseload in a home health setting.
Schedule:
- 13-week assignment with full-time hours
- Monday through Friday
- Some on-call rotation probable
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least one year of recent experience as a Home Health RN
- Proven OASIS assessment and documentation skills
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Demonstrated ability to manage a consistent visiting schedule and adapt to changing patient needs
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled, in-home nursing care in accordance with physician orders
- Complete accurate, timely OASIS assessments and clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams to design and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide wound care, medication administration, disease management, and patient-family education
- Monitor changes in patient conditions and promptly communicate to the clinical team
- Maintain compliance with all agency policies and regulatory requirements

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
