Your next nursing opportunity starts here. Were seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with OASIS expertise for a full-time, 13-week home health contract. This role offers a chance to use your clinical strengths and keen eye for documentation as you make a positive difference in patients lives.
Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, full-time hours
- On-call rotations likely
- Daily visit quota to structure your workday
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled, compassionate in-home nursing care
- Assess patients and accurately complete OASIS documentation on time
- Perform wound care, medication administration, and ongoing patient education
- Monitor disease progress and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams for individualized care plans
- Communicate promptly regarding changes in patient condition
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least one year of recent home health nursing experience
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation required
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase preferred
- Excellent organization and time management skills to ensure a full patient schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
