Your next nursing opportunity starts here with a rewarding home health role for a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN). If you excel at OASIS documentation, patient assessments, and managing a full-time visit schedule, this 13-week assignment represents an excellent chance to provide high-quality care where it matters mostright at home.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- 13-week contract, with potential for extension
- On-call expectations may apply
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care, clinical assessments, and skilled interventions
- Complete OASIS documentation accurately and efficiently
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to design and implement individualized patient care plans
- Provide wound care, medication administration, patient and caregiver education, and chronic disease monitoring
- Maintain timely communication with the clinical team regarding patient status changes
Desired Qualifications:
- Current, active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase software strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage a demanding schedule
