Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time home health assignment. This position is ideal for professionals with sharp clinical skills and a commitment to delivering compassionate, high-quality care in a home setting.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be included
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care to patients across a range of needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and complete timely, accurate OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary care teams to create and update individualized care plans
- Administer wound care, medication management, and patient education in accordance with best practices
- Monitor disease progression and communicate any changes in patient status to the clinical team
- Maintain clear documentation and participate in case conferences as needed
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health RN experience required
- OASIS proficiency required
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Capacity to independently manage a structured daily visit schedule

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
