Your next nursing opportunity starts with a rewarding full-time contract delivering care where it counts mostat home. We're seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS experience for a 13-week assignment providing compassionate home health nursing.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled interventions to a diverse patient population
- Conduct patient assessments and ensure timely, accurate OASIS documentation
- Collaborate closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, oversee medication management, provide patient education, and monitor for disease progression
- Clearly and promptly communicate updates or changes in patient condition to the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license
- At least one year of recent experience as a home health RN
- Proven proficiency with OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience using HomeCare HomeBase is strongly preferred
- Ability to manage a demanding, structured daily schedule for patient visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
