Your next nursing opportunity starts here with a full-time, 13-week home health contract for a Registered Nurse with proven OASIS experience. Schedule:
- 13-week full-time assignment
- Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities as needed
- Daily visit structure
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care based on individualized patient needs
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and complete OASIS documentation with precision and timeliness
- Work collaboratively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and execute care plans
- Perform wound care, medication administration, disease monitoring, and comprehensive patient education
- Communicate any changes in patient conditions promptly to ensure coordinated, responsive care
Preferred Experience & Qualifications:
- Active RN license (in good standing)
- Minimum 1 year of recent home health RN experience
- Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation (required)
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase is strongly preferred
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
- Strong clinical judgment, time management, and documentation skills
