Your next nursing opportunity starts here. A dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with solid home health and OASIS documentation experience is needed for a 13-week full-time contract. This is an ideal role if you excel at clinical care, thrive in patient-centered environments, and can efficiently manage a structured schedule.

Schedule & Hours:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• On-call responsibilities as needed
• Defined daily visit expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver skilled in-home nursing care and interventions
• Complete patient assessments with precise, timely OASIS documentation
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to implement individualized care plans
• Provide wound care, medication administration, patient education, and monitor chronic conditions
• Communicate changes in patient status and care needs to the clinical team

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• Minimum 1 year of recent experience as a home health RN
• Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation
• Experience with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
• Strong ability to manage scheduled patient visits independently
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
