Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong home health and OASIS skills for a 13-week full-time contract assignment. This role is ideal for clinicians who excel at managing a busy caseload, enjoy patient-centered care, and are committed to documentation accuracy.
Schedule:
- 13-week full-time contract, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities possible
- Daily patient visit expectations
Key Qualifications:
- Current and active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent RN experience in home health
- Expertise with OASIS documentation is required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase is strongly preferred
- Ability to organize and execute a structured schedule with daily patient visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled interventions tailored to each patient
- Assess patient status and complete OASIS documentation promptly and accurately
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Manage wound care, administer medications, educate patients, and monitor conditions
- Clearly communicate any updates or changes in patient condition to the clinical team
