Job Description

Your next nursing opportunity starts here. A dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS experience is needed for a 13-week full-time home health contract. This position is ideal for someone confident in clinical delivery, accurate with documentation, and committed to making a difference through exceptional care.

Schedule:

  • Full-time, Monday through Friday
  • On-call may be required
  • Structured daily visit expectations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver compassionate, skilled in-home nursing care to adult and geriatric patients
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and complete OASIS documentation with accuracy and timeliness
  • Develop and maintain individualized patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the broader healthcare team
  • Provide wound care, manage medications, educate patients and families, and monitor disease progress
  • Report patient status changes, update clinical teams, and ensure continuity of care

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license (unencumbered)
  • Minimum of 1 year of recent home health experience as an RN
  • Proven OASIS documentation experience required
  • Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
  • Ability to efficiently manage daily patient visits within a structured schedule
  • Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
