Your next nursing opportunity awaits with a 13-week full-time contract for a Registered Nurse skilled in home health care. This role requires both clinical expertise and meticulous documentation, particularly with OASIS, to ensure patients receive exceptional and personalized care in their own homes.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call availability may be required
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive in-home nursing care and skilled interventions
- Perform thorough patient assessments and complete all OASIS documentation promptly and accurately
- Facilitate individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Execute wound care, medication administration, patient and family education, and ongoing disease monitoring
- Communicate promptly any updates or changes in patient condition to the broader clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience as a home health RN
- OASIS documentation expertise required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Strong organizational skills for managing daily visit schedules
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
