Your next nursing opportunity starts here with a rewarding full-time contract as a Registered Nurse specializing in Home Health care. This 13-week assignment offers you the chance to make a direct impact by providing essential in-home care for patients while working alongside a dedicated and professional care team.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call coverage likely required
- Daily visit structure with clear expectations
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least 1 year of recent experience in home health as a registered nurse
- OASIS documentation experience required
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Ability to manage a consistent daily schedule
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and interventions to patients in their homes
- Complete thorough patient assessments and submit timely, detailed OASIS documentation
- Partner with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care plans
- Administer medication, perform wound care, monitor disease progression, and educate patients and families
- Keep clinical teams updated on changes in patient conditions and report any concerns promptly
