Your next nursing opportunity starts here. A dedicated Registered Nurse with OASIS proficiency is needed for a full-time home health contract spanning 13 weeks. This role is ideal for professionals with strong clinical expertise and meticulous attention to documentation, ready to make a positive difference in patients lives through compassionate, individualized care.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract with potential for extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- Daily structured patient visit expectations
- Possible on-call assignments
What Youll Contribute:
- Deliver skilled nursing care to patients in their homes
- Complete thorough patient assessments, including timely and accurate OASIS documentation
- Develop and revise individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and care teams
- Administer wound care, manage medications, educate patients and families, and monitor disease progress
- Clearly communicate updates and care changes to clinical colleagues
Required Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent experience as a home health RN
- OASIS documentation experience
- Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase preferred
- Consistent ability to manage a structured, full-time schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
