Your next nursing opportunity begins with an impactful contract position providing skilled care in a home health setting. This role is ideal for Registered Nurses experienced in OASIS documentation who are passionate about delivering expert care with autonomy and professionalism.
Schedule:
- 13-week assignment with strong potential to extend
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- Likelihood of on-call responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-focused, in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
- Assess patient status, update care plans, and accurately complete OASIS documentation within established timelines
- Partner with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to address patient needs
- Perform wound care, manage medications, educate patients, and monitor chronic health conditions
- Maintain clear communication regarding any changes in patient status or care requirements
Desired Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent RN home health experience
- Required experience with OASIS documentation
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and organizational skills
