Your next nursing opportunity starts here! A dedicated, skilled Registered Nurse with OASIS experience is needed for a full-time, 13-week home health assignment. This position is ideal for professionals with excellent clinical judgment, thorough documentation ability, and the confidence to deliver exceptional care in patients homes.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract with potential to extend
- Full-time hours, Monday through Friday
- On-call rotation probable
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct in-home nursing care, including skilled interventions and ongoing assessments
- Complete OASIS documentation accurately and promptly to support patient progress and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
- Provide wound care, medication administration, disease process monitoring, and patient/family education
- Report patient condition updates and adjust care plans as needed
- Maintain organized records and drive compliance with agency and industry standards
Qualifications:
- Current RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent home health nursing experience
- Demonstrated OASIS documentation competency
- HomeCare HomeBase experience highly preferred
- Commitment to a structured, full-time home health schedule and reliable transportation with a valid drivers license
