Your next nursing opportunity is here: We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with OASIS expertise for a 13-week full-time home health contract. If you thrive on providing quality care in patients homes and excel in accurate documentation, this role allows you to make a meaningful difference every day.

Schedule:

• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• On-call as needed
• Structured daily patient visits

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver expert in-home nursing care and skilled clinical interventions
• Conduct thorough patient assessments and accurately complete OASIS documentation
• Work closely with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
• Manage wound care, medication administration, patient education, and monitoring for chronic conditions
• Communicate patient status updates and any clinical changes to the broader care team

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• At least one year of recent experience as a home health RN
• Proven OASIS documentation skills are a must
• Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
• Capable of handling a set, full-time schedule with reliability
• Valid drivers license and dependable transportation
