Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health and OASIS experience to fulfill a vital role on a 13-week full-time contract. Confident clinical assessment, precise documentation, and solid time management are essential for delivering top-quality patient care in this rewarding setting.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract, with extension potential
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• On-call responsibility may be required
• Daily structured visit expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home skilled nursing care with compassion and accuracy
• Perform detailed patient assessments, accurately completing OASIS documentation
• Collaborate closely with physicians and care teams to create and implement individualized care plans
• Manage wound care, medication administration, disease monitoring, and patient/family education
• Promptly communicate patient status, condition changes, and updates to the clinical team

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• At least one year of recent home health RN experience required
• Proven experience with OASIS documentation
• Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase preferred
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
• Ability to maintain a set, full-time schedule with daily patient visits

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
