A dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health expertise is needed for a 13-week full-time contract assignment. This role demands clinical excellence and accurate documentation, making it perfect for an RN who excels in home health and wants to make a meaningful impact.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities probable
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care to patients across a variety of needs
- Accurately perform and document patient assessments using OASIS
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to design tailored care plans
- Provide wound care, medication management, education, and monitor for changes in patient condition
- Ensure timely communication and accurate documentation of care provided
- Travel between patient homes using reliable transportation
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- Minimum one year of recent experience as a home health RN
- Proficiency with OASIS documentation is required
- HomeCare HomeBase experience strongly preferred
- Organized, capable of managing structured daily visits
- Reliable vehicle and valid drivers license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
