A rewarding full-time contract is available for a Registered Nurse with strong OASIS experience, specializing in home health care. This 13-week assignment offers the chance to deliver high-quality patient care in the comfort of their homesideal for someone confident in clinical judgment, documentation, and time management.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract (with potential for extension)
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call coverage may be required
- Daily in-home patient visits
Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care, skilled interventions, and patient education within home settings
- Complete thorough patient assessments and accurate OASIS documentation in a timely manner
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Perform wound care, medication management, and ongoing monitoring of patient conditions
- Communicate significant changes or updates to the clinical team promptly
Qualifications:
- Active Registered Nurse license
- Minimum of one year of recent RN experience in home health
- OASIS documentation expertise (required)
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase strongly preferred
- Ability to consistently manage a full-time schedule with daily patient visits
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
