Your next nursing opportunity starts here: a full-time Registered Nurse contract focused on home health care. This 13-week assignment is ideal for clinicians experienced with OASIS documentation, keen attention to detail, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care directly in the home setting.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duty may be required
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- At least one year of recent experience in home health as an RN
- Demonstrated expertise with OASIS documentation (required)
- Proficiency in HomeCare HomeBase software (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and current drivers license
- Ability to manage daily visit schedules and deliver care independently
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing interventions tailored to patient needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and complete OASIS forms promptly and accurately
- Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Administer wound care, manage medications, educate patients, and monitor disease progress
- Report status changes and maintain ongoing communication with the clinical team
