Your next nursing opportunity begins with a rewarding full-time home health RN contract in a dynamic and supportive environment. We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate care in a 13-week assignment, with the potential to extend. Schedule:
- Monday through Friday, full-time hours
- On-call rotation possible
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care, assess patient needs, and develop personalized care plans
- Complete thorough and timely OASIS documentation for all patient interactions
- Coordinate with physicians and allied health professionals to ensure optimal outcomes
- Provide wound care, manage medications, offer patient and family education, and monitor chronic illnesses
- Communicate patient status updates promptly to the clinical team
Preferred Qualifications:
- Active RN license (required)
- Minimum of one year of recent home health nursing experience
- Proficient in OASIS documentation (required)
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase is highly preferred
- Reliable, organized, and able to maintain a structured daily visit schedule
- Must have dependable transportation and a valid drivers license
