Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with robust home health experience and expertise in OASIS documentation for a 13-week full-time contract. This position is ideal for experienced RNs confident in clinical care and thorough documentation, ready to make a positive impact through high-quality patient interactions.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duties may be required
- Structured daily patient visits
- 13-week contract with potential for extension
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least 1 year of recent RN home health experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency with OASIS documentation
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
- Comfortable managing a set, full-time schedule with multiple daily visits
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care, including patient assessments and skilled interventions
- Complete OASIS documentation accurately and promptly
- Create and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
- Perform wound care, medication administration, patient teaching, and disease management
- Communicate effectively with clinical teams regarding changes in patient condition

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
