Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse with strong home health and OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time contract. Schedule:
- 13-week contract, with potential for extension
- Full-time: Monday through Friday
- Possible on-call responsibilities
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and interventions in patients homes
- Conduct thorough assessments and accurately complete OASIS documentation
- Coordinate and communicate with interdisciplinary care teams and physicians
- Provide wound care, medication management, patient education, and monitor disease progress
- Promptly report patient status and changes to the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a home health RN
- Required competency in OASIS documentation
- Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase preferred
- Capable of independently managing a structured caseload and daily patient visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
