Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong home health and OASIS documentation skills for a 13-week full-time contract. If you thrive in patient-centered care, provide accurate clinical documentation, and excel in managing daily schedules, this role will enable you to make a real difference in patients lives.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call responsibilities may be required
- Structured daily visit expectations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled nursing care and interventions directly in patients homes
- Complete thorough patient assessments and timely, accurate OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and an interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal outcomes
- Manage wound care, medication administration, education, and chronic disease monitoring
- Proactively communicate status updates or care changes to the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health experience as an RN
- Demonstrated experience with OASIS assessments and documentation
- HomeCare HomeBase proficiency is strongly preferred
- Able to independently manage a full patient visit schedule
- Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
