Your next nursing opportunity starts here. We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time contract in home health. Schedule:
- Full-time commitment, Monday through Friday
- Possible on-call responsibilities
- Structured daily visit expectations
What Youll Do:
- Deliver in-home nursing care and skilled interventions to a diverse patient population
- Perform thorough patient assessments, completing timely and accurate OASIS documentation
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to ensure individualized, effective care plans
- Manage wound care, medication administration, patient education, and monitor disease progression
- Maintain clear communication regarding patient status and updates with the clinical team
Qualifications:
- Active RN license in good standing
- At least one year of recent RN-level home health experience
- Demonstrated OASIS proficiency (required)
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Ability to follow a full-time, structured schedule with daily field visits
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
