Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse with strong OASIS skills for a rewarding 13-week full-time contract in home health. This role is perfect for a confident, detail-oriented RN ready to deliver exceptional care to patients in the comfort of their own homes.
Schedule:
- 13-week assignment with potential for extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duties may be required
- Structured daily visit expectations
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home nursing care with compassion and efficiency
- Complete thorough patient assessments and accurate, timely OASIS documentation
- Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams to create and implement individualized care plans
- Perform essential clinical duties, including wound care, medication administration, patient education, and disease process monitoring
- Provide timely communication of any patient condition changes to the clinical team
Who You Are:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- Minimum of 1 year recent experience as a home health RN
- Required OASIS documentation experience
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Excellent at managing a structured, full-time schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
