Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We're seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time home health contract. This position is ideal for clinicians confident in their ability to deliver high-quality, in-home care, manage structured schedules, and maintain exceptional clinical documentation.
Schedule:
- 13-week contract with the possibility of extension
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call duties may be expected
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, including wound care, medication management, and patient education
- Complete thorough patient assessments and accurate OASIS documentation within set timeframes
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to create and update individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions, noting changes and communicating updates to the clinical team
- Uphold documentation standards using systems such as HomeCare HomeBase
- Travel independently between patient residences with reliable transportation
Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted RN license
- At least one year of recent experience as a home health RN
- Proficiency in OASIS documentation is required
- Experience with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
- Demonstrated ability to manage a full, structured schedule
- Valid drivers license and dependable vehicle
