Your next nursing opportunity starts here! We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time home health contract. This role requires confident clinical skills, impeccable documentation, and the ability to manage a structured scheduleall while making a meaningful difference in patients lives.

Schedule:

• 13-week contract with potential to extend
• Full-time, Monday through Friday
• On-call responsibilities likely
• Daily visit caseload expectations

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver in-home nursing care, including skilled assessments and personalized interventions
• Accurately complete and submit OASIS documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with care teams and physicians to implement individualized care plans
• Perform wound care, medication administration, patient instruction, and monitoring of disease progression
• Communicate patient status updates to the clinical team and proactively address care changes

Qualifications:

• Current, active RN license
• At least 1 year of recent home health RN experience required
• Proven OASIS documentation skills
• Proficiency with HomeCare HomeBase (strongly preferred)
• Demonstrated ability to manage a structured, full-time schedule with daily patient visits
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license required

$2,193 - $2,312/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
