Your next nursing opportunity begins here. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) with strong OASIS experience for a 13-week full-time home health contract. This position offers the chance to impact patients' lives while working alongside a supportive, professional care team.
Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday through Friday
- On-call rotation likely
- Daily visit expectations in place
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled in-home nursing care, including wound care and medication management
- Complete thorough patient assessments and precise OASIS documentation on schedule
- Collaborate with physicians and care teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and caregivers on disease processes and management
- Communicate promptly with the clinical team regarding changes in patient conditions
Qualifications:
- Active RN license
- At least one year of recent home health experience as an RN
- Proficient with OASIS documentation
- Familiarity with HomeCare HomeBase (strong preference)
- Confident handling a consistent, structured full-time schedule
- Reliable transportation and a valid drivers license
